What Training Services do we offer?

Our “Training Services” ‘Develop the capacity of your teams. These services include:

• Closed Training Courses – Designed specifically for the needs of your organisation.
• Open Training Courses – Designed around themes that are useful to a diverse range of organisations either within a single sector or across many sectors.
• Generic learning – Available as e-learning or facilitated learning courses on general themes such as Fraud Awareness.
• Specific learning – Focused on areas of the organisation that have a need for a greater range of information that is specific to their needs and the risks associated with their roles such as ‘Procurement or Finance Fraud Awareness and Prevention training’.
• Peer Group Coaching – A great way to for teams in one organisation to learn principles such as the ‘Psychology of risk’, then to understand how different team members perceive this; then to use this as part of a peer learning programme – which we facilitate.
• Mentoring – Aimed at developing the skills and confidence of key personnel in preparation for a senior role as part of a succession planning process.
• Leadership Development – A safe environment in which to develop board and leadership skills, this is usually incorporated into an executive away day(s) which we can either fully or partially facilitate or observe.

Are your training courses CPD Accredited?

As a Member of the CPD Certification Service, we can provide our courses either with CPD Accreditation or without accreditation according to your learning needs and budget.

Where can the training take place?

1. We will travel to a venue that is suitable to you and your participants. The future sustainability of our planet is important to us, therefore any travel that our tutors incur in order to provide a training course will be offset against the planting of trees.
2. If you would like us to arrange an offsite venue in the UK, as Alumni of Henley Business School we are able to hire training facilities and hotel rooms at the beautiful Greenlands Campus approximately 1 hour from Heathrow Airport.

Our Methodology:

1. We work with you to understand the needs of your organisation and the needs of your participants.
2. We develop a learning scope and learning objectives for the training course which you approve.
3. We develop the course materials and if required submit them for CPD accreditation.
4. At the start of the course we confirm learning objectives in relation to course objectives so that learners have clear expectations which we then work together to satisfy.
5. At the end of the course we obtain feedback and discuss the results with the learning coordinator and if the course is to be repeated we will incorporate any recommended changes into the course materials.

We can provide a bespoke programme which not only helps you achieve your objectives but also gives you the key ingredients for continued and sustainable improvement.

Note: For external closed courses, unless we have been requested to create a unique course, we will provide you with a range of learning options for you to choose from and then prepare those course materials for you to market.
